Full Job Description

Help Build a New Category in Automotive Technology

Altricity is an Arizona-based technology company developing innovative battery recovery solutions that help drivers, fleets, and equipment operators recover from dead battery events quickly and safely.

We're expanding our partner network throughout the United States and are looking for a personable, organized professional to help us connect with automotive installers, accessory shops, fleet service providers, and related businesses.

If you enjoy talking with business owners, building relationships, and helping shape a growing company, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Reach out to automotive installers, mobile electronics businesses, fleet service providers, automotive dealerships, repair shops and related partners across the U.S.
Introduce Altricity's products and installer partnership program.
Qualify interest and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Schedule meetings or transfer qualified prospects directly to company leadership.
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM.
Document market feedback, common questions, and objections.
Help improve outreach messaging, scripts, and partner development processes.
Work directly with the founder to expand our national partner network.

This is a consultative relationship-building role—not a high-pressure closing position.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Learns quickly and embraces new technology.
Takes ownership and enjoys improving processes.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:

Automotive aftermarket
Dealer or installer relations
Fleet services
Business development
Account management
Customer success
Sales development
Distribution or channel sales

Experience working with CRM systems and AI productivity tools is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

$20–30/hour depending on experience
Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule
Opportunity for expanded responsibilities as the company grows

What Success Looks Like

During your first 90 days, you'll work from a furnished list of candidates to help generate qualified installer conversations, maintain exceptional CRM discipline, identify recurring market insights, and contribute to building a scalable channel development process.
