Monitor channel analytics using tools like Google Analytics and YouTube Studio to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Manage social listening to understand audience feedback, trends, and preferences, adjusting content strategies accordingly.
Design eye-catching thumbnails and graphics utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance video appeal.
Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Collaborate with marketing teams on social media campaigns, Facebook Advertising, and cross-platform promotion to boost reach.
Engage with viewers through comments and community posts to foster a loyal audience base.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and media performance analytics to refine strategies continually.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a YouTube channel or similar digital media platform with demonstrable growth results.
Strong skills in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and photography.
Proficiency in SEO techniques specific to video content including keyword research and optimization strategies.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts across platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring tools like Google Analytics and YouTube Studio analytics dashboards.
Ability to analyze media performance data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Excellent writing skills for compelling content writing, proofreading, and storytelling.
