Infinite Electronics is a leading GLOBAL SUPPLIER of electronic components serving the urgent needs of engineers through a family of highly recognized and trusted brands, offering a wide portfolio of products ready to ship, and world-class technical support. Our brands provide solutions with power distribution, surge protection, RF, cables, transceivers, connectors, and antenna solutions. Infinite serves various markets including telecommunication, commercial, industrial, military, energy, MSO, and datacenters just to name a few.

Position Description:

The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing the distribution channel in the United States, with a specific focus on wholesale electrical distributors for brands within the Infinite Electronics portfolio specializing in power distribution and surge protection solutions. The primary goals will be customer development, margin improvement, and top line revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an acute understanding of personal relationships and account management, and a background in the electronic component industry.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and own the wholesale electrical distribution network supporting all relevant Infinite brands
Review and harmonize the existing distribution network, emphasizing profitability and customer development across the U.S. wholesale electrical market
Responsible for meeting sales targets for the U.S. channel for all assigned Channel partners and brands
Lead the development and execution of joined business plans and associated programs, driving the launch and customer uptake of new product offerings and expanding the available market share of existing product ranges
Direct and coordinate preparation of sales and business forecasts for the Distribution Channel, contributing to strategic and long-term growth plans

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional communication skills; written, oral, and presentation.
Highly collaborative work ethic.
Strong business acumen across multiple disciplines: Sales, Marketing, Product Management.
Operate effectively across multiple regions and business units
Ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and systematic problem-solving approach; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Able to work under pressure and deadlines.

The successful candidate shall exhibit a sense of ownership, urgency, be solution orientated, collaborative and accountable.

Education and/or Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience/knowledge in wholesale electrical distribution

Physical Job Requirements:

Prolonged periods in a stationary position at a desk and working on a computer.
Constantly communicates with employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Reports To: Channel Sales Manager, AMER Channel Sales

Work Environment:

Work environment is typically considered in an office environment located on-site, within an Infinite location during normal or extended business hours. Work environment may also include employee’s residence (Work from Home) or hybrid combination of home and on-site facility.
