Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Monday–Friday | Inpatient | No Nights | No Weekends
HonorHealth is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Inpatient Palliative Care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care for hospitalized patients with serious illness while partnering with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to improve quality of life and support patients and families through complex medical decision-making.
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Primarily inpatient practice
- No nights, weekends, or holiday call
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nursing, social work, case management, and chaplain services
- Manage symptom control, goals-of-care conversations, and care planning
- Epic EMR

Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care NP preferred; Family NP considered based on experience)
- Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in Palliative Care, Hospice, Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Geriatrics, or a related specialty preferred
