Overview

Join our dynamic creative team as a 3D Modeler and unleash your artistic talent to craft stunning, realistic, and captivating 3D assets. In this role, you will transform concepts into detailed models that bring stories, characters, and environments to life across various digital platforms. Your expertise in computer graphics and technical proficiency will be essential in shaping immersive visual experiences for diverse projects. We are committed to fostering innovation, creativity, and growth—offering a collaborative environment where your skills will truly shine.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, props, and assets using industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, and Mudbox.
Collaborate with art directors and designers to interpret concept art into detailed digital models that meet project specifications.
Optimize models for real-time applications in game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine, ensuring seamless integration within pipelines.
Apply principles of anatomy knowledge, color theory, and realism to create believable characters and scenes that resonate with audiences.
Utilize scripting languages such as Python, C#, and C++ to automate workflows and enhance modeling efficiency.
Contribute to post-production processes including texturing in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, video editing with Adobe Premiere or After Effects, and video compositing.
Maintain organized asset pipelines using version control systems like Perforce to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Experience

Proven experience in 3D modeling within a professional environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing character animation, digital art, and environment creation.
Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard software including Blender (3D software), Maya, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Mudbox, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing tools.
Solid understanding of computer graphics principles such as lighting, shading, texturing, anatomy, and realism to produce visually compelling assets.
Experience working within a pipeline that integrates 2D/3D animation, storyboarding, video compositing, and technical scripting for streamlined production workflows.
Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for asset integration and real-time rendering projects.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, C#, C++) for automation tasks and pipeline optimization is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interpret creative briefs into detailed 3D models that align with project goals.
