■ General Responsibilities :
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions. Lead root cause analyses, or continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale new process innovations.
Task Management & Execution
-Prioritize and allocate tasks effectively within resource constraints (time, manpower, materials). Develop short-term plans and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Make timely decisions and delegate operational issues as they arise.
Team Leadership

■ General Responsibilities :
1. Maintenance on Automation and Urgent Repair:
Execute urgent troubleshooting and technical repairs on automation equipment during the night shift to ensure continuous operation.
2. Remote Troubleshooting Coordination:
Maintain clear, precise, and immediate communication with the Assistant Manager and Manager to implement remote troubleshooting guidance during off-peak hours.
3. Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Spare Parts Control:
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities and control service/spare parts for automation equipment to prevent equipment degradation.
4. Operator Technical Support
Assist in creating, updating, and verifying technical training manuals to guide operators and shift supervisors in adhering to standardized operational guidelines.
5. Technical Manual Comprehension:
Read, interpret, and apply technical instructions from equipment maintenance manuals, mechanical layouts, and electrical diagrams.
6. Automation Systems Familiarity:
Develop a core understanding of industrial automation components, including robotics, PLC, sensors, and vision systems. Use basic engineering design and verification software tools (e.g., CAD/viewers) to support daily maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently on the 3rd shift and demonstrate readiness to support emergency calls or shift adjustments based on critical plant operations.

■ Qualifications :
- Bilingual (English/Korean): Highly Preferred/Critical. Essential for precise technical reporting, accurate communication for remote troubleshooting, functional coordination during the night shift preferred.
- Technical Agility: Fundamental interest and aptitude for mechanical systems, electrical wiring, or automation controls required.
- Resilience: Strong problem-solving mindset under time-sensitive constraints where minimizing downtime is critical to the supply chain.
- Open to entry-level or lower-experience candidates with strong baseline technical aptitude, high learning agility, and a strong personal commitment to intensive OJT.
- High School Diploma
- At least 1-2 years field experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics.

- Support managing total of 540 container chassis to keep them in operable condition at all times.
- Check yearly DOT inspection status and follow up on any DOT issues. and organize all the record and data.
- Follow up on any incidents and issues that may arise in chassis operation.
- Manage chassis usage data for various 540 chassis usage status.
- Manage DOT inspection forms, and any other documents related to chassis.
- Verify customer data and vendor invoices. Prepare invoice and check requests.
- Support managing bulk tank transportation from Lotte Chemical Alabama/Daeha America.
- Follow up on any incidents and issues arise in operation.
- Manage load status and schedule accordingly requested by the customer.
- Create and process monthly AR/AP invoices.
- Manage yearly contract status, insurance status, PO, approvals, etc.
- Organize documents in each folder, and keep up with the status report.
- Support. managers by preparing various raw data, analyze, etc.
- Work with department managers if any support is needed.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Perform data analysis to support decision- making or uncover inefficiencies.
- Contribute in designing new process improvements such as CC layout change, stabilization of new procedures & feedback implementation.
