Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a motivated and organised Entry-Level Clerical Admin Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Managing correspondence, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing post.
Assisting with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Preparing and modifying documents, including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Maintaining office supply inventories and placing orders when necessary.
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Supporting various teams with ad-hoc administrative projects.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
