Position Summary

The Customer Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for policyholders throughout the claims process. This role is responsible for creating a positive customer experience by setting expectations, providing updates, and explaining claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Make initial contact with policyholders.
Explain the claims process and set expectations.
Provide status updates throughout the claim lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Explain claim settlements and outcomes.
Ensure smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

Florida insurance license and appointment required.
Insurance industry experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service background preferred.
High emotional intelligence and empathy.
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate

Compensation

Pay: $210 per day
