About Personos

Personos is an AI-native personality intelligence platform that helps organizations solve real people challenges. We support leadership development, team effectiveness, hiring and onboarding, and organizational alignment with practical guidance that can scale across teams and contexts.

Our partners most often bring Personos into mission-driven environments where clarity, capacity, and cohesion matter. That includes nonprofits, associations, and other organizations that exist to serve a community.

Opportunity Overview

We are building a national network of Certified Partners who bring Personos into their existing consulting practices as an additional solution for the nonprofit organizations they serve.

This is an independent, revenue-share partnership, not a W2 employment role. Certified Partners incorporate Personos into their advisory work with clients by introducing the platform, supporting its value, and collaborating with our team on delivery when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking experienced consultants, advisors, coaches, or organizational development professionals who:

- Have established relationships with multiple nonprofit organizations

- Regularly work with executive directors, leadership teams, People Ops or HR, program leaders, and boards

- Are trusted advisors on topics like leadership, culture, team performance, change management, hiring, or organizational effectiveness

- Understand the realities of nonprofit work (resource constraints, burnout risk, stakeholder complexity, volunteer engagement, and mission pressure)

- Are entrepreneurial and comfortable operating as independent partners

Ideal partners are already helping nonprofits solve real people problems and see Personos as a strategic extension of their toolkit.

What You’ll Do

As a Personos Certified Partner, you will:

- Introduce and position Personos with nonprofit organizations in your network

- Help prospects connect their priorities to the value Personos delivers (for example, leadership alignment, team health, manager effectiveness, and hiring decisions)

- Close opportunities that meet client needs and align with the platform’s capabilities

- Maintain strong client relationships while leveraging Personos for personality insights and practical guidance

- Collaborate with the Personos team on onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support

What You’ll Get

- Full onboarding and certification in the Personos platform

- Access to sales enablement materials and partner resources tailored to nonprofit conversations

- Revenue-share compensation tied to the clients you bring in

- The ability to offer a differentiated, AI-native people insight solution that complements your expertise

Compensation

This is a revenue-share partnership. There is no base salary or employment offer. Earnings scale based on your engagement and adoption of Personos across your network.

Estimates shown in salary were derived from an average $2 per user per month revenue share agreement for as long as the account stays subscribed. For example, if you get 5,000 users through 1 company, or 10, then you'd be making $10,000/mo as long as the account is active.
