Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Executive to join our vibrant sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication to promote our products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct data entry tasks accurately to update client records, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using Microsoft Office tools
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or areas for improvement in service delivery
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall team success

Experience

Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is highly preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for engaging diverse clients
Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively with excellent phone etiquette
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; proficiency in data entry and typing skills
Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and analysis skills
Knowledge of cash handling procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals
