Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Client Advisory Associate to work with individuals who have requested information about available products or services. In this fully remote role, you will learn about each client’s needs, explain suitable options, answer questions, and help them make an informed decision.

This is a client-facing position that combines relationship building, consultation, and consistent follow-up. You will manage multiple client conversations, maintain accurate records, and work toward clearly defined performance goals.

Estimated earnings may vary depending on individual activity, results, and consistency. Additional details regarding the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients who have requested information
Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s needs and priorities
Clearly explain available products, services, or solutions
Answer questions and provide accurate, professional guidance
Help clients evaluate their options and make informed decisions
Follow up with interested clients in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain organized and accurate records of client communications
Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Work independently while meeting established activity and performance expectations

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach
Ability to listen carefully and explain information clearly
Comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-up activities
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Open to feedback, coaching, and continued development
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, consulting, or sales is helpful but not required
