We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and service-oriented Dental Assistant / Administrative Coordinator who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities. What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities

Assist doctors during restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards.
Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and assist with patient records.
Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring comfort and confidence.
Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative instructions.
Maintain clinical inventory and organize operatories.

Administrative Responsibilities

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules efficiently.
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork.
Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements.
Help create an exceptional first and last impression for every patient.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of dental assisting or dental administrative experience preferred.
Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software is a plus.
Digital radiography certification preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in both clinical and front office environments.
Willingness to grow professionally and take on new responsibilities.
