Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Aquisitions Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities that align with our growth objectives. This role offers an exciting chance to shape our company's expansion strategy by leveraging strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and industry insight. Duties

Identify potential acquisition targets through comprehensive market research, industry analysis, and strategic networking.
Lead negotiations with target companies, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with corporate goals.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, valuation modeling, and financial statement preparation to assess deal viability.
Prepare and review financial statements, tax documentation, and technical accounting reports to support due diligence processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including corporate finance, legal, tax, and accounting—to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
Develop strategic plans for acquisitions, integrating insights from equity research and private equity markets to inform decision-making.
Manage the due diligence process by coordinating internal audits, internal controls review, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
Expertise in financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and forecasting techniques.
In-depth tax experience combined with technical accounting knowledge to navigate regulatory requirements.
Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, mergers & acquisitions processes, and private equity markets.
Proficiency in financial software tools used for analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately for strategic planning.
Experience in public accounting or auditing is highly desirable for comprehensive financial oversight.
Knowledge of GAAP standards and experience conducting internal audits ensures compliance throughout transactions.
