Collections Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Location: Onsite - Clarksville, Tennessee
Pay: Starts at $14hr - after 90 days $14.50 - after 180 days $15.00
Contract to Hire

If you are confident on the phone, motivated by performance pay, and comfortable having direct conversations, this role offers the opportunity to build strong earnings in a fast-paced call center environment.

This is a high-volume collections role where you will speak with consumers about outstanding balances and work toward payment solutions.

What the Job Really Looks Like

We want candidates to clearly understand the role so they can succeed.

In this position you will:

Make primarily outbound calls to consumers regarding past-due accounts
Handle inbound calls that result from previous outreach
Average up to 200 calls per day
Follow structured scripts and compliance guidelines
Discuss payment options or account resolutions
Navigate multiple computer systems during calls

You will often speak with individuals who may be frustrated or upset about their accounts, so maintaining professionalism and confidence is key.

Compensation

$14/hour starting pay
Increase to $15/hour after tenure milestone
performance-based incentives
Daily contests and team recognition opportunities

Top performers increase their earnings through performance incentives as they build experience in the role.

Training & Support

All new hires complete a 3-week paid training program designed to prepare you for success.

Training includes:

Classroom instruction
Compliance and script training
Call shadowing and listening
Guided call practice

By week three you will begin making calls with support before transitioning to the production floor.
