About Lexington Recovery

Lexington Recovery is a specialized commercial collections firm focused on recovering outstanding merchant cash advance receivables for funding companies nationwide. Our team works directly with business owners to negotiate resolutions, restructure payment plans, and protect our clients’ portfolios while maintaining professional and compliant communication.

We operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear expectations, real growth opportunities, and a strong team culture.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Account Negotiator to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and negotiate repayment solutions with business owners.

This is not consumer debt collection — you will be working directly with merchants, analyzing business situations, and structuring realistic payment solutions.

Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage and work a daily queue of commercial delinquent accounts
Contact business owners via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances
Negotiate settlements, payment plans, and restructures
Investigate merchant financial situations and ability to pay
Maintain accurate notes and account updates in CRM
Coordinate with legal teams when escalation is required
Meet and exceed monthly recovery and performance goals
Follow company policies and compliance standards in all communications

What We’re Looking For

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Confident phone presence and ability to control conversations
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance environment
Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred)

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Collections, sales, or call center experience
Financial services, merchant cash advance, or commercial collections background
Experience negotiating payment arrangements or settlements

We are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills and drive.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
