65% Commission Only Middle Market Commercial P&C Producer – Industrial Commercial Lines | Fully Remote | Nationwide | Commission Only

Looking for experienced middle-market commercial producers from established agencies — Gallagher, Marsh McLennan, USI, Lockton, HUB, Alliant, Brown & Brown, AssuredPartners, or similar
Fully remote, hire anywhere in the U.S. Producer must hold an active resident P&C license; agency will support non-resident licensing as needed
This is a hunter role. Producers prospect, canvas, and cold-source their own accounts. This is not a warm-referral or relationship-farming seat. In house leads will also be provided after producer has closed accounts of their own.
Account focus: industrial risks with 20+ employees and 20+ vehicles, $250K+ in annual premium. Manufacturing, industrial contractors, heavy construction, fabrication, processing, industrial services, and similar operations. No trucking.
Production requirement: 3-month rolling average of $100K in bound premium. Roughly one $250K account every 2.5 months — a low floor that lets producers focus on quality submissions instead of activity theater.
Commission only — no salary

Compensation

Built around a $250K average account premium and standard 10% carrier commission ($25K agency commission per account):

New business: 65% — $16,250 per account
Renewals: 50% — $12,500 per account, every year the account stays on the books

If you can close middle-market accounts, you can make a real living here. The math:

Hitting the floor (4 accounts/year) = $65,000 in year-one new business commission, with renewals stacking at $12,500/account/year thereafter
1 account per month = $195,000/year in new business commission, plus a compounding renewal book
2 accounts per month = $390,000/year in new business commission, plus the renewal stack
A producer who closes 1/month for 3 years sits on $450,000+ in annual renewal commission before writing a single new deal in year 4
