Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning Agent within Data center to lead the testing, inspection, and startup processes of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems within construction or facility projects. In this role, you will ensure that all systems operate according to design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Your expertise will help deliver seamless project handovers, optimize system performance, and uphold quality standards across diverse building environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced setting dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough commissioning activities for mechanical systems, HVAC/R units, refrigeration equipment, and electrical installations to verify proper operation and compliance with project specifications.
Review schematics, technical drawings, and system documentation to understand design intent and facilitate effective testing procedures.
Lead system startups by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely execution of commissioning tasks.
Perform appliance repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues swiftly and efficiently.
Develop detailed commissioning plans, checklists, and reports documenting system performance, deficiencies, and corrective actions taken.
Oversee equipment repair and maintenance activities during commissioning phases to ensure optimal functionality of mechanical systems.
Provide technical guidance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning setups, and mechanical systems repair to team members and clients.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration technology, and mechanical systems repair.
Proven service technician experience with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Construction experience related to building systems installation and commissioning processes.
Excellent understanding of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), equipment repair procedures, and safety standards.
Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams during complex commissioning activities.
Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and related mechanical components.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams while maintaining detailed documentation.
