Full Job Description

We're looking for energetic, people-first Brand Ambassadors with a passion for wellness and a knack for retail execution to help bring WellWithAll to life in our priority markets. This role is for someone who thrives in the field, loves connecting with consumers, and pays attention to the details that make a product look great on shelf. As a Brand Ambassador & Retail Execution Associate, you'll be the local face of WellWithAll—driving trial through sampling activations, ensuring our products are merchandised properly in stores where we already have distribution, and providing real-time intelligence back to our brand and sales teams.

This is a part-time, hourly position with the opportunity to grow alongside the brand.

Position Overview:

Brand Ambassadors are the local presence behind a national brand. You'll execute consumer-facing sampling and activation programs across retail, community, and event settings—and you'll support our distribution footprint by auditing the stores where WellWithAll is already sold. The objectives of this role are to create consumer trial, grow brand awareness, drive word-of-mouth, and ensure that every WellWithAll point of distribution looks the way it should.

Responsibilities Sampling & Brand Activation

Set up, manage, and break down sampling stations at retail in-store demos, festivals, community events, trade shows, and brand pop-ups
Proactively engage shoppers and event attendees—offer samples, explain product benefits, and drive trial
Represent WellWithAll across the full activation portfolio: in-store sampling, cultural and community events, guerrilla / street team activations, experiential pop-ups, and product launch / PR events
Embody the brand's values, voice, and visual identity in every consumer interaction
Educate shoppers on where to find product in store and/or online

Retail Execution & Store Auditing

Conduct routine audits of WellWithAll points of distribution across the assigned territory: shelf presence, facings, pricing, on-shelf availability, secondary displays, and POS material placement
Refresh and replenish in-store POS materials, shelf talkers, case stackers, and other merchandising assets
Escalate any out-of-stock issues, distribution voids, or competitive observations in real time

Reporting & Communication

Provide structured recaps after every sampling activation: samples distributed, consumer interactions, qualitative feedback, photos
Submit store audit reports with photos and standardized data points (compliance, facings, pricing, dates)
Capture and report market intelligence: competitive activity, pricing changes, new merchandising trends, local cultural moments
Communicate consistently on schedule, results, and any field issues

Event Coordination & Inventory

Coordinate event logistics: load-in / load-out, booth setup, supply prep, scheduling, and on-site execution
Manage and reconcile event inventory—samples, POS materials, gear, signage—both at the event and at home storage
Treat all WellWithAll branded assets, samples, and any branded vehicle with care; maintain a polished, premium brand appearance at all times
Coordinate with event organizers, store teams, and other field operations team members to optimize visibility and consumer engagement

Detail-Oriented — Notices when a shelf is out of stock, when a date code is short, or when POS materials are missing. Submits clean, complete audit reports.
Self-Starter — Takes ownership of their assigned territory and event schedule.
Physically Active — Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting cases of product (up to 20 lbs consistently), and driving between multiple locations in a day.
Schedule-Flexible — Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
Reporting-Comfortable — Confident using a phone or tablet to capture photos, log audit data, and submit recaps in our reporting tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications a plus
1+ year of experience in brand ambassador, field marketing, retail merchandising, promotional events, or customer-facing CPG roles preferred
Beverage, supplement, or better-for-you CPG experience strongly preferred
Reliable transportation within the assigned territory and a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs consistently
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to consumers and store staff
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting, photo capture, and basic data entry
Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years of age or older
