Full Job Description

We are building a team of exceptional therapists who want to practice at a high level, work with motivated clients, and be part of a collaborative clinical community.

Here at Thrive for the People, you will join a dynamic team of therapists and administrative staff who value each other and hold a mindset of growth and abundance. Our clients are invested in therapy, attend consistently, and are motivated to do meaningful, transformative work.

We are looking for a fully licensed therapist (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) with specialties in treating trauma and working with couples. This is an hourly W-2 position, requiring 28 hours of availability for client sessions per week, aiming for a minimum average of 20 completed sessions per week. Some of the marketing and networking events will require occasional work in the evenings and on weekends (e.g., tabling at community events, hosting live workshops, etc.).

This is a partially remote and partially in-office position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide services in their home office and at our Ballard office.

You are trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Counseling or willing to self-enroll and complete level 1 training within 3 months of hire.

You are motivated to fill up your caseload and support referrals into the practice through marketing and networking. You are excited to represent the practice in the community, cultivate professional relationships, and contribute to the growth of the team. Thrive for the People invests significantly in our marketing and referral development. You will have the infrastructure and support to attract the clients who are a great fit for you.

Compensation and Career Growth

Sign-on Bonus $1,000

Performance-based bonus totaling $2,000 in the first three months

Licensed Therapist $100-$110/session

Senior Therapist and Supervisor $115/session

Lead Therapist $120/session
