What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1+ years of experience as a dealership Service Consultant Advisor / Writer.
Systems: CDK, XTIME, PODIUM knowledge/experience is strictly required.
Credentials: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Take total ownership of the customer’s journey. Provide prompt, courteous, concierge-level support in person and over the phone to ensure a positive, lasting impression.
Drive Lane & Shop Flow: Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the Drive Lane. Efficiently distribute work to technicians to maximize their daily time inventory.
Expert Guidance: Answer technical questions regarding vehicle issues, warranty coverage, services, and repairs. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and coordinate parts/tool ordering.
Performance & CSI: Maintain Customer Happiness (ACE) scores at or above company and factory standards.
Department Support: Reinforce company policies, assist with warranty claim administration, set schedules, and foster a positive, compliant, and collaborative team environment.

Warm, friendly, and highly organized personality.
Fantastic communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proven track record of service sales success and high customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong team player who can help lead and motivate others.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
