Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Concierge is responsible for providing administrative support to the Community. This position will also contribute to creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and tranquility at the Community while exhibiting core values – Family, Purpose, Fun, Integrity, and Dignity.

*** Part-Time and PRN opportunities Available.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Answers incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of the call and directs the call to appropriate team members or department.

2. Takes and delivers phone messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate team members are unavailable.

3. Answers general questions about the Community and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

4. Welcomes all on-site family members and visitors including vendors, clients and job candidates, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate team members.

5. Performs administrative support functions such as typing, filing and photocopying to meet the needs of the Community.

6. Assists with the completion of orientation and training requirements as outlined by state regulations and SilverPoint policies and procedures.

7. Operates personal computer and standard office equipment including photo copier, fax machine, multi-line phone, etc.

8. Receives sorts and distributes mail as needed.

9. Assists other departments as needed including Marketing, Dining Services, Activities, etc. Assists with other duties as assigned.

10. Demonstrates an understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and procedures.

11. Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required.

12. Reports any abuse or neglect of residents. All team members are required by law to report abuse and neglect.

13. Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.

14. Give marketing tours in the absence of management.

15. Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality.

16. Attends any and all mandatory meetings.

17. Performs other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of SilverPoint, the Community, and our residents.
