Job Functions

The Resident Manager (RM) is the liaison between tenants, vendors, and JRealty staff for all leasing, maintenance, billing issues as required.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conducting a daily cleaning of the laundry room, railings, entry way, mailroom, ect
Daily inspection of the property, cleaning up miscellaneous debris (natural and trash)
Provide help managing maintenance requests. Inspect maintenance work provided by vendors before, during and after work
Phone calls, emails, text messages by and between Vendors, Tenants, JRealty staff, city and/or other inspectors if/as needed
Post important notices (i.e. PRQ, NTT, CTT) on tenant doors as required
Perform occupied and unoccupied property inspections with pictures and forms
Answer phones and provide availability for on‐call emergency response
Manage keys and other equipment
Enforcing Rules and Regulations
Showing vacant units to prospective tenants
Conduct Move In Move Out (MIMO) events and procedures
Managing turnover: Obtaining Bids - paint, flooring, landscaping, all vendors etc.

Qualifications:

Excellent cleaning skills, ability to keep a property looking “cared for”
Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
Submit to a criminal background check prior to or during employment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability and flexibility in work schedule

Hours & Commitment

We have 1 part-time position with hours listed above. Overtime hours may be required and includes weekends and/or holidays.
