Now Hiring: Skill Coaches — Live & Virtual Instruction | New Skill Center Opening September 2026

Ecom Hub NY LLC, in partnership with WeVersity.org, is opening a brand-new Skill Center at 3392 Hwy 8, South New Berlin, NY 13843 — and we're looking for talented instructors across dozens of skill areas to teach in-person classes at our facility and live virtual classes to students around the world.

Start Date: September 1, 2026 Location: 3392 Hwy 8, South New Berlin, NY 13843 (on-site, hybrid, and remote roles available) Job Type: Independent Contractor positions available Pay: Base pay per class/session + revenue share enrollment (details discussed at interview)

About Us

“Ecom Hub NY Skill Center” is designed to bring real, income-generating education to our local community and to students worldwide. In partnership with WeVersity.org — a platform dedicated to making quality skill-based education accessible to everyone — our coaches teach live, hands-on classes in our building AND stream live virtual sessions to a global audience.

We believe education should lead to real outcomes: a new job, a new business, a new income stream. Our model is built around short, practical, skill-based classes (typically 12–18 weeks) rather than long academic programs, so students can start earning sooner.

What You'll Do

Design and lead a short, practical skill-based course (typically 12–18 weeks) in your area of expertise
Teach live in our South New Berlin facility, via livestream to a global virtual audience, or both
Support students with hands-on guidance, feedback, and encouragement
Help students build toward real outcomes — a job, a certification, a freelance income stream, or a small business
Collaborate with our team on scheduling, curriculum, and student success tracking

Who We're Looking For

Demonstrated expertise or professional experience in your skill area (formal certification helpful but not always required — real-world skill and teaching ability matter most)
Comfortable teaching both in person and on camera for virtual students
Reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others build real skills
Local candidates (South New Berlin, Norwich, Oneonta, Sidney, and surrounding Chenango/Otsego County areas) preferred for in-person roles; remote-only coaches also welcome for virtual-only tracks
No specific degree requirement — we care about what you can teach, not just your credentials

Compensation & Structure

Coaches are paid for local in-person classes and can earn additional income through our virtual/global platform reach via WeVersity.org
Flexible scheduling — teach one class or several
Opportunity to grow into a lead coach or curriculum development role as the center expands
