Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for a highly creative, data-driven Performance Advertising Designer who understands that great design doesn't just look good—it performs. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing high-converting advertisements and landing pages that drive registrations, donations, engagement, and revenue across some of the largest online fundraising competitions in the country. You'll partner closely with our advertising, marketing, and content teams to create compelling creative that stops the scroll, communicates quickly, and inspires action. Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing static and motion creative for paid advertising across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Create and optimize landing pages that maximize conversions while maintaining exceptional user experience
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing, continuously iterating based on campaign performance
- Design graphics, illustrations, promotional assets, and campaign creative that align with marketing objectives
- Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and marketers to transform campaign strategies into compelling visual executions
- Balance creativity with performance by applying marketing principles, audience psychology, and conversion-focused design
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands while adapting creative to different audiences and campaign goals
- Optimize designs for mobile-first experiences and platform-specific best practices
- Organize design assets and maintain efficient creative workflows
- Stay current on advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging creative best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means creating advertising creative that consistently drives measurable business results. The ideal candidate delivers high-converting ads and landing pages that improve click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement, and overall campaign performance. They embrace creative testing, use data to inform design decisions, and continuously generate fresh ideas that help scale winning campaigns.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3–5+ years designing paid advertising creative or digital marketing assets
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing advertisements, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Deep understanding of advertising design, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and conversion-focused layouts
- Experience designing creative specifically for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google Display, YouTube, and other paid media platforms
- Ability to create multiple concepts quickly without sacrificing quality
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive landing page design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working closely with paid media or performance marketing teams
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices
- Experience using performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to inform creative decisions
- Motion graphics, animation, or short-form video editing experience
- Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and rapid creative production
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance marketing methodologies
