The Lead Mulesoft Developer will own and drive enterprise integration architecture across Salesforce and connected platforms, enabling scalable, secure, and high performance data and system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of Mulesoft integrations with ERP systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications

Define and implement API-led connectivity architecture, including system, process, and experience layer APIs to support enterprise scale integration

Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations and API services to enable seamless data flow across systems

Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and integration governance standards to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of integration solutions

Mentor and lead development teams, conducting code reviews, defining best practices, and driving continuous improvement across an integration ecosystem
Required and Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with strong experience in Mulesoft development and integration architecture

Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule 4 runtime, DataWeave, API design, and CloudHub deployment

Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns such as Platform Events, REST APIs, Bulk API, and Change Data Capture

Strong experience with API architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integration design principles

Nice to have: MuleSoft certifications, Salesforce certifications, experience integrating with ERP platforms, and familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure Synapse
