Job Title: Website & Systems Integration Administrator

Location: 100% Remote
Position Type: Part-Time / Temporary
Hours: 10 to 40 hours per month maximum (Flexible, project-and-support based)
Reports To: Director of Sales, Marketing, and Development

Position Summary

PrideStaff is seeking an organized, proactive, and highly technical Website & Systems Integration Administrator on behalf of our client, a premier local organization. This is a 100% remote, flexible part-time role requiring a maximum commitment of 10 to 40 hours per month depending on ongoing migration needs and system maintenance.

In this role, you will serve as the primary architect and administrator of our client's digital ecosystem, ensuring that their core website, event registration pipelines, CRM systems, and donor databases communicate flawlessly. The ideal candidate is an expert in WordPress management who excels at system troubleshooting, API data mapping, and proactive platform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Tech Stack Management1. WordPress Core Administration (Primary Focus)

Serve as the administrator for the main website, handling site health, page layout design, performance optimization, and plugin upkeep.
Proactively audit, debug, and patch localized site errors, broken links, or plugin conflicts before they impact users.

2. Event & Registration Systems

Manage, configure, and optimize our event calendar and ticketing infrastructure (EventOn or similar platforms).
Resolve configuration updates, registration flow bottlenecks, and ticketing logic issues quickly.

3. Systems Integration, Automation & Data Mapping

Build, test, and maintain robust automated workflows using Zapier, custom webhooks, and REST APIs.
Ensure data integrity across connected platforms, including Stripe (payment processing), Constant Contact, and Microsoft 365.

4. Database & CRM Migration Support

Collaborate with vendor support to troubleshoot tech workflows and map data during active platform migrations (e.g., transitioning legacy FileMaker Pro data into Neon One donor management and Planning Pod CRMs).

5. Internal Technical Support

Serve as the go-to technical resource for internal leadership, Finance (Stripe revenue reporting), and Event Sales.

Required Qualifications & Technical Strengths

WordPress Mastery: 2–4+ years of hands-on WordPress administration, custom troubleshooting, and site speed/security optimization.
Integrations & Automation: Proven experience building reliable cross-platform automations using Zapier, webhooks, and API data mapping.
Database & CRM Familiarity: Understanding of data structures, cross-platform syncing, and CRM/Donor databases (experience with Neon One or Planning Pod is a plus, but not required).
Troubleshooting Expertise: Track record of rapidly diagnosing "disconnects" (e.g., payment gateway reporting glitches, webform submission drops, email server sync failures).
High-Availability SLA Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively under strict response-time service level agreements (SLAs).
Non-Profit / Retreat Focus: Prior experience supporting non-profits, retreat centers, or community organizations is highly desirable.

Availability & Response Time Requirements (SLA)

Because these platforms directly support public registrations, donations, and revenue generation, candidates must maintain a remote setup flexible enough to meet the following service standards:

Critical / Emergent Issues: Ability to acknowledge and initiate fixes within 1 hour for critical outages (e.g., site downtime, complete donation failure, broad registration crashes).
Standard Maintenance: Ability to resolve routine maintenance tickets and platform queries within 1 business day.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
