Seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager with at least 6 years of experience. MUST HAVE CONSTURCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Understanding the details and specifics of civil construction
- Overseeing the construction project from start to finish.
- Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
- Ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule.
- Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when needed.
- Communicate effectively with the sub-contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
- Communicate effectively with General Contractors
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the management team, sub-contractors and laborers.
- Optimizes the operations means and methods with the Project Superintendent.
- Controls the progress of the operation to meet the objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
- Ensure project documents are complete.
