Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the GPS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting ServiceNow application development for an intelligence community client using ServiceNow development best practices and platform capabilities
Configuring and developing solutions across ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Service Portal
Collaborating with client stakeholders, information technology personnel, process subject matter specialists, and engineering and support teams to assess processes and identify automation opportunities
Designing, implementing, testing, deploying, supporting, and operating ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation solutions in the client environment
Serving as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor across the engagement

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree
Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in back-end development
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Service Portal
Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

Master's degree
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Experience administering or managing the ServiceNow platform

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
