Full Job Description

We are a leading luxury real estate brokerage seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our Aspen and Snowmass offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our company, agents, and luxury property listings while helping execute high-quality marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage company and agent social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
Coordinate the production and distribution of our market reports in collaboration with our graphic designer
Create and distribute monthly email newsletters
Produce and print newspaper ads and property brochures using established templates
Design and coordinate marketing materials for events, including posters, social media graphics, and digital invitations
Coordinate custom marketing requests for agents
Manage project schedules and ensure marketing deadlines are met
Meet with agents to develop marketing strategies for themselves and their listings
Organize and create listing presentations
Update website content and write blog posts
Serve as the liaison to our corporate offices including submitting featured properties and coordinating marketing opportunities
Assist with planning and organizing office meetings, client events, and company functions

Qualifications

Previous marketing experience required; real estate marketing experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Professional, friendly, and collaborative communication style
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, flexible, and dependable
Strong computer skills and proficiency with common business software
