Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness. This role is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our company.

**It is a requirement to have work History with a home service company. Specifically with an HVAC, Plumbing and Heating company.**

**Duties** - Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Collaborate with our sales team to develop sales strategies and support product launches. - Utilize SEO best practices to optimize our website and improve search engine rankings. - Design and create HTML emails and landing pages using WordPress. - Manage and optimize our website content to improve user experience and drive conversions. - Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and other marketing events. - Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

**Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales and product management. - Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising sales. - Strong understanding of SEO and its applications. - Proficiency in HTML and WordPress. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with content marketing and its role in the sales process. - A passion for marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. - Must have history with HVAC, Plumbing, and heating Company.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
