Marketing and Sales Manager

Choice Family Health Clinics LLC

Position Summary

The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for driving patient membership growth, increasing community awareness, and developing strategic partnerships that support the clinic's mission and business objectives. This role combines business development, relationship management, community outreach, individual / business sales, and marketing leadership to expand the clinic's presence and educate individuals, families, and employers about the benefits of Direct Primary Care.

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with sales marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare innovation and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Develop and execute strategies to grow patient memberships and employer-sponsored DPC programs.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and referral partners.
Conduct presentations and educational seminars for employers, community groups, and prospective members.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently meet or exceed membership growth targets.
Track and report sales activities, conversion metrics, and business development outcomes.

Marketing & Brand Growth

Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
Manage the clinic's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and reputation management.
Coordinate promotional events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
Develop educational content that communicates the value and benefits of Direct Primary Care.
Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data and results.
Scheduling and coordinating community events for Choice Family participation.

Community & Partnership Engagement

Build strong relationships with local employers, insurance brokers, chambers of commerce, schools, and community organizations.
Serve as a brand ambassador for the clinic at networking events and public engagements.
Develop strategic partnerships that enhance clinic visibility and membership growth.

Customer Experience & Retention

Assist prospective members through the enrollment process.
Support member retention initiatives through ongoing communication and engagement programs.
Provide service and engagement opportunities to current and new members.
Gather feedback from members and partners to improve marketing and service offerings.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or other related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of two years of experience in sales, marketing, business development role, or healthcare or business to business outreach.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
Proficient with Microsoft systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for meetings and events.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, medical practice marketing, Direct Primary Care, employee benefits, and employee benefit insurance-related industries.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and content development.
Experience working with small businesses and employer-sponsored healthcare programs.
