Full Job Description

Work type: Full time, 4 days onsite/1 day remote, contract 6 months Compensation: $22-23/hr
Responsibilities

Partner with internal Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
Support and execute effective, fair, and inclusive recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to align with job requirements
Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidate fit
Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling, materials, and interview guides
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience); PHR/SPHR preferred
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing, or Human Resources with full-cycle recruiting exposure
Experience in a corporate or blended corporate/agency recruiting environment preferred
Strong ability to partner with business leaders and provide consultative recruiting support
Proven sourcing and screening capabilities
Highly proactive, results-driven, and able to operate with urgency
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proactive sourcing tools preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
