Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The HRBP acts as a strategic bridge between the Human Resources Team and business unit leaders. The HRBP aligns people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational development, talent planning, performance management, and change management to improve overall business performance and workforce retention.

Essential Functions:

Core Human Resources Team Functions:

Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions,

programs and policies.

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day

management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g.,

coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships,

build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Talent Acquisition Functions:

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, establish hiring criteria, and craft compelling job descriptions.
Proactively source active and passive candidates using job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and employee referral programs
Conduct initial phone screens and structured interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Facilitate the offer process, collaborate with HR and Directors to draft compensation packages, and negotiate terms with final candidates
Coordinating and tracking of onboarding process - including Onboarding Training, Role Specific Registration, creating profiles in HRIS and related systems, and coordinating meet and greets with respective teams.

Qualifications

2-4 years of directly related experience supporting HR and recruiting functions in ABA therapy or mental health services (preferable but not required).
Minimum 2 years in a generalist or hybrid HR role with responsibility across multiple HR functions
Strong recruiting acumen with demonstrated experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of HR compliance fundamentals, HRIS systems, and payroll administration

Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy

Comfort operating in an environment with high expectations and close visibility

Pay Information

Range:***

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
