Prime Partners is looking for an experienced, motivated, and resourceful Commission-Based Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is a full-time, computer-based recruiting role where you'll spend your day identifying qualified candidates, conducting Boolean searches, initiating candidate outreach, and managing candidates throughout the recruiting process. Your success will be driven by your ability to source high-quality talent, build relationships, and make successful placements.

What You'll Do

Source qualified candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting platforms.
Identify and engage passive and active candidates through calls, emails, text messages, and professional networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple positions.
Conduct candidate outreach and initiate the recruiting communication cycle.
Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
Manage recruiting activity and candidate records within company systems.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent network.
Meet recruiting goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Represent Prime Partners with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Required

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience using Boolean search techniques
Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple recruiting platforms
Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and initiating candidate conversations
Experience sending candidate outreach through email, text, and messaging platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working on a computer throughout the workday
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based environment

Preferred

Agency recruiting experience
Staffing or executive search experience
LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
Experience recruiting for professional, technical, skilled trades, or sales positions
CRM experience
