Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing a closing disclosure or HUD, title commitment, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with loan officers, realtors and investors.

Responsibilities

Review and process title search and commitments.
Collaborate with realtors and investors to gather necessary documentation from clients.
Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing inqiries and concerns.
Collaborate to execute title and processing functions as needed, including closing disclosure or HUD , title commitments, title documents, recordings, title policies, loan documents, closing documents and closing files
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, underwriting standards, industry guidelines, and company policies, best practices when making decisions and performing duties.
Coordinate, schedule and manage all aspects of customer closings through mail, email and phone, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

Skills

Strong knowledge of title processing, such as ordering payoffs, HOA status letters, closing statements, HUD settlement statements and liens.
Knowledge with Qualia or similar title, escrow and closing software
Experience working with realtors, loan processors, loan officers and understanding their processes.
Understanding of contract management and escrow processes.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members.
