Full Job Description

Position Summary — overview of the role's purpose within the wholesale operation
Key Responsibilities — broken into four focus areas: lead management, seller communication/negotiation, pipeline reporting, and team collaboration
Qualifications — both required and preferred skills, including CRM tools, dialers, and real estate knowledge
KPIs — measurable metrics like conversion rates, contacts per day, and CRM compliance
Compensation & Perks — base + performance bonuses, remote flexibility, and growth opportunities

l Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up — CRM updates, inbound lead qualification, multi-touch follow-up sequences, re-engaging aged leads
Seller Communication & Negotiation — building rapport, pre-screening properties, presenting offers, coordinating with acquisitions
Pipeline & Reporting — tracking KPIs, conversion rates, identifying bottlenecks
Team Collaboration — working with acquisitions/disposition/marketing, team meetings, onboarding support

Required

1–3 years of experience — The role needs someone who's already worked in wholesale real estate, sales, or a related field. A complete beginner would struggle with the pace and expectations.
Proven lead pipeline management — They need to show they've handled high volumes of leads before, not just a few calls here and there.
Strong communication skills — Most of the job is on the phone or via text/email with motivated sellers. If they can't build rapport fast, deals die.
CRM & tech proficiency — They'll be living in a CRM daily. Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is also expected for reporting and communication.
Self-motivated / hits activity targets — This role often has daily dial or contact quotas. They need to perform without hand-holding.
Wholesaling/investing knowledge — Understanding the investor's perspective helps them have smarter conversations with sellers and better qualify leads.
Skip tracing tools — Tools like BatchLeads or PropStream are used to find seller contact info. Knowing these saves onboarding time.
Dialer & SMS experience — Power dialers (Mojo, ReadyMode) and SMS platforms are standard in high-volume operations. Familiarity means they hit the ground running.
ARV, MAO, deal analysis basics — Knowing how to calculate After Repair Value and Maximum Allowable Offer means they can pre-screen deals more accurately before passing to acquisitions.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
