We are seeking an Experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As an essential member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your culinary experience, attention to detail, and dedication will contribute to creating memorable meals for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency in accordance with established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage procedures
Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating to streamline kitchen operations
Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
Work-assist fellow team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Contribute to catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
Proven ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards in a professional kitchen environment
Experience with food handling, and food industry best practices
Background in upscale polished restaurant settings is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward serving guests

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
