Full Job Description

Ecommerce Manager (Full-time, Year Round)

The Ecommerce Manager oversees our e-commerce team which manages our sales online for our website: utahskigear.com, eBay, and other online sales channels.

This includes providing customer service over the phone, via email, chat, and assisting with driving online sales with internet marketing and SEO, packing and shipping orders, and creating product listings for new and used skiing and snowboarding gear.

We are looking for someone who is:

Articulate & awesome with spreadsheets
Detail-oriented and great with customers
An effective team leader
An advanced-level skier or rider
Willing to learn and grow in the ski and snowboard industry
Able to collaborate and work closely with a cross-functional team
Able to communicate effectively and meet deadlines

Management Duties Include:

Oversee all customer service online
Oversee all members of the e-commerce team
Update and optimize website content and features regularly
Report on website KPIs and metrics regularly

Oversee and Assist the E-commerce Team with:

Timely and efficient fulfillment of online orders
All online customer service
Listing of inventories on our website
Integrating products on eBay and other online sales channels
Writing accurate and SEO-optimized product descriptions
Taking and editing product photos
Advertising and staffing local events
Retail sales

Requirements:

Advanced skiing and snowboarding knowledge
Proficient with Excel and spreadsheets
Experience with Shopify or similar platform
Experience with PPC campaign management
Articulate and detail-oriented
SEO knowledge
Photography experience
Customer Service experience
Copywriting experience

Nice to haves:

Experience with eBay, Amazon, or Walmart sales channels
Experience with Shipstation or similar software
Prior customer service experience
Prior retail experience
