WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative for us, you will be the first point-of-contact for our customers. You get to provide superb customer service to our clients while matching our products to their needs and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and at the sales counter. Your primary goals will be to increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, promoting add-on sales, and offering promotional as well as new products. You always set and surpass sales goals as well as ensure 100% client satisfaction. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and data entry
Strong phone skills
Customer service skills
Bilingual skills are a plus!
