PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)- Travel or Local Contract in an Assisted Living/CCRC located in Pompton Plains, NJ. The facility is quality of care driven and believes in providing its patients and clinicians the ideal working environment. Productivity standards are 80-85%. 1:1 patient care for all Medicare patients. This is a beautiful facility with a well-spaced Rehab Gym, Supportive Assistants, Dedicated Nursing, and Administrative team.
- $2000-$2200 net (after tax take home) per week
- Local Contract Rates: $52-$56 per hr.

Qualifications for Travel Physical Therapy:
- Determine appropriate Physical Therapy (PT), POC & D/C and make adjustments as necessary
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy (DPT) program
- Physical Therapy (PT) license, or pending, in the state
