A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Training Developer (CCaaS)

Job Title: : Training Developer (CCaaS)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to support the implementation of new Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, contact center training, and creating engaging learning solutions, including simulations, job aids, and guided workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs for contact center agents and supervisors.
Create interactive simulations and guided workflows using Epiplex or similar digital adoption platforms.
Develop job aids, quick reference guides, e-learning content, and instructor-led training materials.
Translate complex CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly learning content.
Conduct training needs analysis and support curriculum planning for technology rollouts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate and refine training materials.
Update and maintain learning content to align with platform enhancements and business needs.

Required Qualifications

Experience developing training for contact center environments.
Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience.
Proven ability to simplify complex systems into clear, actionable learning content.
Experience creating job aids, quick reference guides, and training documentation.
Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations and training initiatives.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55hr - $60hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
