We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our GAM team! We are a woman, family-owned business that prides itself on delivering exceptional meetings and events for our clients. We primarily work with clients in the biotech industry. We are a boutique company by design and our focus is building trusting, long-lasting relationships with our clients. We offer a unique and strategic approach to all our programs. Our meeting design methodology, we design each meeting with the detail of a fine brush, using the vision of a wide-angle lens. Our team is the backbone of the company and ensuring the right fit is imperative. As a team of 11, we want someone who can work independently, is undeniably passionate about their work and is looking to be a part of a tight knit culture.

Primary Responsibilities

Independently plan and facilitate strategic meetings and events ranging from 10-500 attendees including commercial internal meetings (marketing and sales training, product launches, national sales, and incentive programs).
Creates project plans and manages timelines for events
Responsible for preparing budgets, managing costs, and reconciling final expenses.
Creates reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting correspondence.
Creates and manages event staff schedules and agendas.
Ability to conduct business within company and client process & procedure guidelines.
Complete event management including but not limited to, managing expenses per budget requirements, adhering to compliance guidelines, attendee, VIP and stakeholder management, status call coordination, strategic signage design, offsite attendee activities, print and material organization, F&B management, AV coordination, gift sourcing, ground transportation, coordination with air travel vendor, oversight of all meeting specs, and onsite logistics.
Domestic and occasional international travel is required for onsite support and program execution.

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years corporate meeting planning/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or corporate meeting field.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability/Other

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with an emphasis on Excel and the ability to create formulas, graphs, and manage multiple spreadsheets simultaneously.
Experience working in CVENT
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and able to meet tight timelines with a high degree of accuracy.
Self-directed, able to multitask and manage time effectively, meet changing deadlines with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends as necessary.
Home office set-up (internet/phone) required; computer will be provided.
Must hold a Valid U.S. Passport
Access to a major airport for direct flights
