We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in property management operations. Location: New Jersey
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Vehicle Allowance: Additional monthly vehicle allowance provided for business use
Schedule: Full-Time
What You'll Do
- Conduct property visits and routine inspections
- Oversee apartment turnovers and ensure units are ready for new tenants
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including key exchanges
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed properly
- Identify maintenance issues and report them to management
- Follow up on repairs and ongoing projects
- Represent the company professionally while visiting properties
- Maintain clear communication with the office and provide regular updates from the field
Requirements
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Prior experience in property management, property operations, facilities management, or a similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle (required)
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
