The Sales & Development Manager, also known as the Agency Development Manager (ADM), opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals who want more than a traditional sales role.

As an independent contractor with Colonial Life, you'll have the opportunity to grow an employee benefits sales business by developing client relationships, expanding market presence, recruiting licensed sales professionals, and driving business growth within your market.

Success in this opportunity is typically reflected through objective business results, including sales growth, recruitment activity, client retention, and overall business development.
