Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Arrange and hold collaborative meetings with clients to successfully gather project requirements.
Collect and document clear functional and non-functional requirements to map out project scopes.
Refine and update project documentation based on client feedback following presentations.
Participate actively as a collaborative team member delivering projects within Agile sprints.
Build Use Case diagrams and process flow diagrams to prepare comprehensive business requirement specifications and problem statements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent foundational knowledge.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and how software delivery teams operate in sprints.
Familiarity with creating visual process models, including process flows and use case diagrams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting requirements and interacting with clients.
Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
