Full Job Description

High Country is partnering with our client on their Data Entry/AP Coordinator opportunity, to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable experience, but the team is also open to individuals with strong customer service, administrative, data entry, or office support backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within accounting operations.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $22- $24/hour (Depending on experience)
5% bonus
Hybrid flexibility after training

Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment.
Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
Accurately enter and review invoice data within internal systems.
Utilize Excel and internal spreadsheets to track and maintain payment information.
Ensure invoice processing metrics and productivity goals are consistently met.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed.
Maintain strong attention to detail while handling repetitive daily tasks.
Support the accounting team with additional administrative and AP-related responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred, but not required.
Open to candidates with customer service, administrative, data entry, or office support experience who are eager to learn AP.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a repetitive, metrics-driven environment.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude toward learning new processes.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
