Full Job Description

Elevators Interiors is a trusted leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of custom elevator interiors. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to join our team and support our administrative and operations departments.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Typist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various company data records. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update customer, product, and project information into company databases and systems.

Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.

Communicate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or computer training is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
