Full Job Description

Job Overview
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely data entry of Trust Member disbursement requests and related Trust functions.

Duties

Reviewing disbursement requests for compliance with Trust requirements and inputting trust authorizations and one-time and recurring disbursement requests.

Assist with document filing and document scanning as needed.

Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISION:

This position does not have any regular responsibility for the work of others.

IV. TECHNOLOGY/ EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS:

Computer data entry: Moderate

WORK CONDITIONS (ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULE):

This office-based job operates in an office environment with moderate to light noise.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to read and process print and printed documents

Qualifications

1. Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

2. Skills and Competencies

Fast and accurate keyboarding

Ability to read cursive writing on forms

Describe your experience with high-volume data entry. How do you ensure accuracy and prevent errors when processing repetitive, detail-oriented requests?
This role requires reviewing requests against specific Trust guidelines. Can you give an example of a time you had to follow strict policies or compliance rules in a previous position?
Are you comfortable with standard office equipment and handling physical paperwork, including scanning and organizing digital and physical files?
Our team frequently processes older, handwritten forms. How would you rate your ability to read and interpret cursive writing on a scale of 1-10?"
This is a computer-heavy, desk-bound role. Can you estimate your current typing speed (WPM) and describe your experience with data management software?
