Production Staff – Direct Hire with benefits

Location: Somerset, New Jersey

Direct Hire/ Non-Exempt

Title: Production Staff

Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (OT required including holiday and weekend)

SHIFT HOURS:

1st shift 6:00AM - 3:00PM + overtime + Bonus (About one month's salary)

2nd shift: 2:00pm-11:00am + overtime + bonus

Salary: $19/hr + Annual Bonus

An international food manufacturer is seeking a qualified Production Staff who has experience in manufacturer plant. Office experience such as data entry will be a must.

This food manufacturer has been around for more than 80 years, and their products are sold at most major grocery stores.

Job Description

Patrol production lines and GMP area.
Report any abnormal situations to supervisor.
Report Line stop and loss information to Teams message.
Communicate with QC and Maintenance dept when production operation has issue.
Fully understand company policies, Production SOP and SSOP.
Reviewing daily production record document and report to supervisor
Ensure daily production schedule completion and report to supervisor.
Training new production line worker and document the training record.
Maintain safe and clean workplace. Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment

Required Skills

HS Diploma
Must have 1~2 years manufacturing production exp.
Machine Operator or Production experience
Basic knowledge with Microsoft program (Word, Excel)
data entry & emails - 50% in the office
Able to work in humid, hot, and loud noise environment
Knowledge of applicable process and related equipment
Able to lift Min. 40lbs. standing and walking 70% and sitting 30%
Able to do overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
