Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each client feels heard and valued
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, product information, and service requests promptly and accurately
Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records, process transactions, and document interactions
Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions or products
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions when applicable
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, analyze customer feedback, and improve service quality

Skills

Strong sales skills to identify opportunities and promote products or services confidently
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey information clearly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for efficient data management
Experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred, especially with outbound calling experience
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Attention to detail in data entry, typing speed, and accuracy for seamless record keeping
